• Legibility of documentation and valid Signature
• Review summarized report with individual providers and appropriate administration; Report will
  include: Background, Audit Scope, Objective, and Methodology, result of audit and recommendation
• Recommendations, if appropriate, for additional training or the need for further auditing based on
  findings
• Conduct appropriate training and education
• Focus on Risk area’s and eliminating potential areas of vulnerability
